May Target Beauty Box

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

These beauty boxes are not a subscription basis however, Target has been releasing them pretty much on a monthly basis. They are usually between $5 – $10 and ship free. These boxes go quickly. This May box sold out at 7:30am PST. I was able to snag mine at around 5:30am PST.

The box comes with an info card with a description of all the products and a Target coupon good for $3 off any beauty purchase of $15, which can be used in store or online.

Here is what comes in the box.

Laneige Water Bank Moisture Cream (20 ml value $12.80)

This was what got me most excited in the box this month. I’ve heard nothing but great things about this cream. The formula is lightweight, absorbs quickly and leaves skin feeling so soft. It is very moisturizing without that greasy feeling.

Andalou Naturals Resveratrol Q10 Night Repair Cream (.4 oz value $4.90)

I’ve never tried this brand before but always see it when I’m browsing the skincare isles of Target. The all-natural blend of antioxidants works overnight to simulate circulation and healthy cell renewal. This is for dry/very dry skin, which is perfect for my skin type these days.

Derma E Firming DMAE Moisturizer with Alpha Lipoic and C- Ester (.5 oz value $5)

Another natural skin care line. This firming moisturizer is for mature skin to visibly promote firmer, more resilient skin by replenishing the vital nutrients skin needs to maintain healthy collagen levels. I’m excited to try this one.

Hair Food Sulfate Free Kiwi Dry Shampoo (1.7 oz value $5)

Another product I’ve been intrigued by. Always happy to have a travel size dry shampoo on hand.

Burt’s Bees Oil Basic Cleansing Facial Cleanser (1 oz value $2.67)

Already have the full size of this product and a big fan. The oil cleanses my skin without leaving a slick residue behind. I have not had any issues with this clogging my pores or breakouts. Happy to have a little travel friendly size.

CeraVe Unscented Foaming Facial Cleanser (.5 oz value $.50)

I have not tried this particular cleanser but if it’s anything like the hydrating cleanser I use I know I will love it. The sample is a bit small but good enough to see if you like it.

L’Oreal® Paris Sublime Bronze Self-Tanning Towelettes Medium Natural Tan (value $1.25)

This single use towelette is for a medium natural tan. I don’t use self tanners. I’ve always been a bit intimidated by them. I will pass this along.

Egyptian Magic All Purpose Skin Cream (.1 oz value $1.20)

A little goes a long way with this stuff. I have a sample I am using already but always happy to get another. It’s great for my dry cuticles.

L’Oréal® Paris Colour Riche Lip Pen (Full Size Value $9)

I already own a couple of these lip pens but not in this color. I really love the formula of these and the staying power. The color I received is 207 Lacque-Y You. This color is a cool tone redish pink which works well with my skin tone.

Wrap up: The total value of this box is $42. This is an awesome deal for the price even though the box was a bit higher price than it’s normal $5-$7 range. I defiantly will be using all the products (minus the self-tanner).
